I am a C beginner and I tried to write a program to convert numbers from decimal base to octal. The program is not working for higher numbers and for those between 192 and 2890(both included). For the numbers in that range, it displays octal value one less than the correct one and for higher numbers, it displays octal value one greater.
A static function is a function whose scope is limited to the current source file. Scope refers to the visibility of a function or variable. If the function or variable is visible outside of the current source file, it is said to have global, or external, scope. If the function or variable is not visible outside of the current source file, it is said to have local, or static, scope.

Electrical Engineering Technician Interview Questions And Answers being contrived to exist for many projects simply so it can be run will be the first to hit the wall, but those projects where the functions to make existing transactions cheaper in real world applications will find the elusive real world demand.
A few months ago I shut everything down in AWS. I didn't close the account because I wanted to spin some things back up down the road when I had the time. A month later, I got a final bill for services that had been running mid-month when I closed them. Being somewhat Type A, I went into the Billing Console to review the charges and confirm what they were. Should have been the end of the story.
I read multiple articles and watched many videos about how to use this tool - and was still confused! Your instructions were easy to understand and made the process simple.

If I buy a Route 53 domain name, can I create an email address and use it with gmail? If so, how? AWS Training USA
I do not want to use Workmail, or SES or an EC2 instance.
All I want is a username, password, and SMTP and whatever else is needed to link my route 53 email to gmail.
